These items are being algorithmically suggested as frequently being bought together, no one is combining these items together and selling them onwards. Additional checks and balances for dangerous items would be appropriate. Secondly, there are several items that be used for this purpose (rope + ladder, razerblades, etc), where do you draw the line?
