In this particular case, Infy wanted to hire non-Indians for executive positions so that they can sign more deals.
- webmobdev 4y agoI don't find this surprising - I remember that one case study often discussed in indian MBA courses showed that in a European country, indian-origin salespersons often performed worse than salespersons who are local citizens.
