I'm Irish and am pretty sure I'm 'BAME'. The Poles definitely are. I don't know if Italians / Spanish are 'LatinX' or not.

    Nor does the US Latino community. Doesn't stop it being used. But translating the DEI stuff from a US perspective to a European one is difficult. So as far as I concerned the Italians and Spanish are LatinX.
