If you hire all of the same socioeconomic strata even if they are different races chances are you will not get a wide depth of experience and world view

- throwaway894345 4y agoOften it seems tech companies (and certainly many others) almost explicitly hire people with similar viewpoints--not merely accidentally arriving at homogeneity by way of socioeconomic strata, but by strongly broadcasting ideological statements.
