- WastingMyTime89 4y agoThe employee argued they had access to their computer screen at all time and could fully monitor their laptop which should be enough. The court agreed.
- xwdv 4y agoThat should be MORE than enough. IMO an employers access to the screen and keystrokes should be zero.
