strictly speaking UTC is not a timezone
- omnicognate 4y agoTechnically correct (best kind of correct) but irrelevant here. "utc" (lowercase) is a timezone in the sense that it is a named instance of python's `timezone` class provided by the standard library, and the obvious choice if utcnow() were to return a timezone-aware datetime.
