Agreed; the ISP is paid by an adult, adult paid for computer/tv/ect, and its the adult to state when said child can operate such equipment. Last I'm aware said adults dont let children watch TV completely unrestricted (having an adult locking adulty-content). It should be up to parent/guardian to oversee what kid is doing and lock them out, with younger kids getting more supervised attention. Keep our IDs/PII/phonenumbers out of browsing the web. We could go a step further by banning highly accurate fingerprinting and make things nice n generic; hopefully making ads as generic as the wonderful ads as-seen-on-tv.
