With dynamic first party isolation, Temporary Containers is no longer required. Any reason why you are still using it?

DFPI isolates things based on the URL bar, prohibiting third-party storage. You can't have a whole group of sites use the same "container". So you can't get something like facebook.com + instagram.com +both using the same container (sharing cookies). AFAICT it's sort of like if you only had Temporary Containers, not permanent ones + temporary ones.
