OP was a little bit of a doofus to post the link from a country that already has this policy.

- fox_mulder 4y agoWell I looked at the live AUP when I had posted my comment and it had not been changed. Your link just pulls up a blank PDF. Typically they send out an email to sellers every-time they update terms on the site so if they were planning on doing this it never made it to the live site (I never received an email), and they've received a fair amount of backlash at this point so it would appear if they were planning on doing this they've backed down for now.
