I have not had flu for 50 years. This was because I learned nasal flushing in the hippie-days of 1970's. There has been some days of unusually severe nasal irritation in past few years. That is why I have also added drops of Povidone(aka Betadone) to the flush as suggested by the JoeRogan-doctor Peter McCullough.
