I remember sometime back Lufthansa had an Ad for indian audience where an old gentleman is saying to his grandson how Germans are very serious people, and he wants to avoid lufthansa. Then he tries it anyway and is pleasantly surprised by their hospitality. > Lufthansa isn’t exactly a customer-friendly airline, Finally that ad makes sense to me.
