HN has an API and there are already various remix sites. I also suspect they a blacklist would take care of many of the ad-laden stuff that is posted. Or an automatic change to the archive link instead of e.g. forbes or Bloomberg which always require a bypass. What I'm saying I guess is it should be easy for interested readers to achieve this themselves (and hopefully share when they do)

This isn’t exactly what you were asking for, but it’s close! A further enhancement might be to automatically redirect as you described based on a similar blacklist
