They are mostly developing an internal admin system meant for business operators. This system has the Lawsuit as its main entity. They spent two months to make a buggy screen that would aggregate several lawsuits into a single Deal (a new entity). This is an Angular + .NET project. They need more training and there is a lot of tech debt that's slowing them down, but how am I supposed to tackle tech debt without speeding up their processes first? Genuine doubt in my mind :)
