Are you placing the feedback right after key interactions, or is it just a random link in the footer or something like intercom that could get blocked by ad-blo

  Good question! There is a button that’s always visible in the corner, and yes it is an embed from a third party service so I suppose it might be getting blocked, or overlooked otherwise. I’ll try replacing it with my own UI and prompting for feedback after key interactions and see if that helps.

    I think a lot of people are just really averse to answering those type of questionnaires too. I've seen companies offer incentives which I think probably works decently well.

      It doesn't matter how many people you survey, you will always end up only getting responses from the type of people who respond to surveys
