The whole point of mail order delivery is the convenience factor; you don't have to be home to receive the package. I've seen the promotional video for this thing and it could be one of the dumbest ideas this side of the Juicero. The whole concept relies on you being home at the moment of delivery to greet the thing, walk outside, and pull your own package out of its cargo bay. No fancy catapult or anything. It's a miniature Amazon Locker on wheels. Just a remotely-controlled toy wagon (it's not autonomous, it has a pilot). From the size of it, how many packages could even fit inside? Two, maybe three? The real crime here is that people were paid actual money to develop this abortion of an idea.
