Rather than focus on the correctness (or incorrectness) of what 90% of US adults say or think about this matter -- why not notice how unusual it is for this many US adults to share a viewpoint? They might not be correct, but the fact that so many see it in the same way suggests to me that there is probably something worth examining more deeply.
