While idiotic, his points have some merit. I'm known to crucify people that cc/bcc me as part of their "cover your ass" cc/bcc corporate email chains. I also found out early in life that 1 phone call can replace 10 email exchanges between two parties. Whatever the fallout, it will make for an interesting experiment. Personally I think most of the staff will rely on personal email addresses :)
