I've taken a project from powerpoint to series A (Agilis - now defunct), managed all the payments team for Rappi (300m transacted each month) and currently CTO for Coderhouse.com. I've recruited around 40-50 devs in my career, and managed around 7 teams of around 55 devs in total simultaneously, each one with it's own Engineering Leader.
