- tsimionescu 4y agoNo, this only applies to possession until and including today. If you are caught in possession of marijuana tomorrow, you can go to jail for this exact same offense.
- r00fus 4y agoYes, for going forward we need legislation - which is the other part of the proclamation - that HHS Beccera will be driving policy changes that will likely require congress.
