Just this summer I spent a few weeks in three European cities. Europe gets extra points for all the outdoor seating, but loses all of them because it's impossible to sit outside and enjoy a coffee or a meal without someone lighting up a cigarette next to them. I do wish Europe would discover non-smoking rules near food & drink.
