I worked in a company that got bought by GE... was incredible how much waste and odd decisions were made. Felt like layers and layers of bureaucracy, and that their main reason for buying us was because they had billions offshore and didn't want to pay taxes to bring it back to USA. My faith in anything they do is very low.
