I had no idea harassment and inclusiveness were problems so easy to solve that simply writing a manifesto would suffice. Silly schools for not thinking of it earlier.
- bitwize 4y agoWriting a manifesto doesn't do anything. Adopting a Code of Conduct and implementing a compliance board to review violation complaints and take disciplinary action does help prevent harassment.
