At home I use a LE wildcard cert and renew on one server and rsync the cert to all the other servers and use cron to reload/restart services using the certs every 5 days. I use pfsense as my gateway and use DNS Forwarder there to manage all the internal DNS, I also use it to force all DNS requests from LAN to the pfsense DNS forwarder.
