Our company counts 9 people but only 5 are responsible for generating over 1 Mio USD in revenues per year, with a 4-days week policy. Thanks to them, the remaining 4 can work on startup ideas without raising capital. The road was bumpy with many failed attempts — here are our most important learnings so far.
