Requiring diversity doesn't really solve the problem. Now instead of a small group of rich white people living in the same neighborhoods and going to the same parties and keeping the funding and opportunities away from the rest of the unwashed masses it will be a small group of mixed races of people doing the same. The ultimate issue is the cronyism of Science.
