- ttyprintk 4y agoWho’s panicking? The list of people who don’t believe Putin is bluffing includes Zelenskyy and Medvedev. Others are unsure how to calculate the probability of intentional use. Propaganda fits into these circumstances well, but has any intent changed? There are two possibilities not discussed in top-search-result media: accidental use, and intentional use without Putin in control.
- IAmGraydon 4y agoMy post has nothing to do with whether Putin is bluffing. It has to do with whether he has currently deployed a train carrying nuclear weapons to Ukraine, which he clearly has not.
