The biggest ways to jam the ballot boxes today are:
1. County workers leaking a roll of rarely voted voters to an external ballot stuffing operation.
2. Suitcases with rollers being carried into poll counting room.
3. And voters dropping off MANY ballots at early drop-boxes.
Until we have ways to detect those alleged acts, it remains a hard problem.

(Although they admit that it would be easier to do in some states than others.)
- egberts1 4y agoThere are many election contests showing consistent but wide disparity between absentee and in-person voting. Whether it is an issue remains elusive to this day. Also, probably can do this nationwide if you sell election devices … nationwide.
