The article says: "District Attorney investigators found that in contradiction to the contract, information was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China." It doesn't say the communist party breached those servers, that there were deliberate ties, etc. There could well be. I'm just not seeing it in the article we're discussing, hence my question to you.
