Very light response but it's something.

The FCC is going to block all access to other telecoms from these companies unless they implement STIR/SHAKEN, essentially putting them out of business unless they comply with the FCC's order. Granted, it's not a firing squad for the C-suite or a cruise missile on their offices, but it's essentially a corporate death penalty for the non-compliant telecoms. I wouldn't call that a "light" response. Or am I missing something?
