What would it take to convince you that speaking and communicating are skills?

- duckmysick 4y agoA skill is any learned ability, acquired from practice or training. Humans aren't born with a natural ability to speak. They learn it over time. All the way from producing sounds to forming sentences to using principles such as a rhetorical triangle.
