  Wayyy too many things to list. Engaging with things or people that provide the appropriate energy might be one way to put it.

  Sun, sauna, sex, conversations with strangers, photography, parenting, growing food, creating (terrible) pottery, walking in woods, swimming in lakes, and more. Basically all the average, everyday, things I spend my free time doing. There are definitely times when things suck, but if I didn't have fun hobbies and interests to enjoy and anticipate I'd go crazy.
