I think they meant that is a "good" as in "acceptable" thing to feel entitled about, vs a "bad" or "unacceptable" thing to feel entitled about. (So there is a good or bad sense of entitlement). Not that "being treated well" is one of the "good things in life". A rather confusing way to state it.
