- asah 4y agolol, there are crappy companies, crappy business models and crappy industries - any of these can make it hard or impossible to attract non-crappy staff/teams...
- kortex 4y agoThere are absolutely crappy teams, but I think what is more common is incompatible teams, or managers incompatible with their ICs. Many folks may be unproductive with one management style yet thrive in another.
- bbarn 4y agoIf that's the case, isn't that still crappy manager, if the manager below can't make the decisions necessary?
