Remember: the i in Team hides in the A-hole. The environment you choose for your proffessional progression is absolutely up to you. The nature of the underperformer and overperformer is also not as static as you might think! In an org that actually has time to teach, you will make others AND yourself happy by sharing knowledge and advancing the team.
