You're putting him on some sort of free speech pedestal when that's not how he acts or treats people, especially those at his company or those that he particularly dislikes. He's a billionaire using his billions of dollars to try and control social media in a way that's favorable to him and he's not above singling out people who dare speak out against him like in the diver scenario.
