It says SpaceX paid for 3670 of those (so about 2/3), plus internet service for all. Who knows how many there are now - 4 months later. So at $1500 a pop of what it costs to manufacture, plus probably same, if not more, to fly it to Poland, then transport it via land to Ukraine - the numbers add up.
