  Probably that China subsidizes the West’s efforts to green their economies while simultaneously handling our negative externalities, AND continuing to lift their population out of poverty. The parent claim is that the developing world isn’t pulling their weight, which is an incredibly ignorant and frankly stupid take, considering any historical context.
