Not OP. But I would ask to know if that is a very local problem (eventually the outsource company) or is that Amazon is really completely mess up. That could help to take the decision to go through the reclamation/escalation effort, or just kill the subscription.
- gregjor 4y agoWe get lots of Amazon deliveries and only one missed that I can remember. The drivers here seem overworked. Amazon customer service always responsive though.
