  This should be investigated by the FBI in my opinion. Is it usually the FBI that investigstes police departments?

    I believe it's usually the state bureau of investigation, unless there's an interstate angle.

  Yeah, IA isn't enough. We need the FBI to step in on all OI deaths.

    We need systemic outside oversite of the police. They are granted extraordinary powers and should have corresponding accountability.
