Twitter and the Delaware courts were going to seize his assets if necessary to complete the funding, but Musk was going to own Twitter whether or not he still wanted it.
- jqpabc123 4y agoThere is no negotiating, he agreed to buy it at $54.20 LOL! Yes --- exactly as he agreed to do before. But he didn't do it then --- and there is no guarantee he will do it after this latest offer either. And if he doesn't? As I said, it is nothing more than an open invitation to stop the lawsuit and go back to negotiating. Let's see if Twitter takes the bait.
