I'm pretty sure if I remember a technology connections video right, that EU Tesla's already ship with either the standard port or an adapter, none of the US supercharger plug mess.
- wincy 4y agoDo they charge as fast? Is there a trade off for the standard port being used in the EU?
- ShockedUnicorn 4y agoTesla's plug support max 250kw charging, while CCS2, the standard in EU supports 350kw max. The trade off for the CCS2 plug is mainly that it is a bit bigger than other plugs, but it's really nice to have a standard across almost all of Europe.
