I use the m3o.com/app service (because I wrote it). It's a simple interface on top of Google Cloud Run that gives me back a *.m3o.app url. I can run it like `m3o app run --name=helloworld --repo=https://github.com/m3o/m3o-app https://github.com/m3o/m3o-app` and then go to https://helloworld.m3o.app https://helloworld.m3o.app
