- macintux 4y agoIndiana just outlawed all abortion after 20 weeks post-fertilization, even if it would kill the mother.

As that says "with narrow exceptions for victims of rape or incest, to save the life of the pregnant person and in cases where the fetus is diagnosed with a lethal anomaly. That law took effect on Sept. 15."
- macintux 4y agoThose exceptions only apply up to 20 weeks. Without the exceptions, abortion is entirely illegal.
- watwut 4y agoNo it is not. The doctors currently wait until there is acute danger for mother. Also, 11 years old had to travel for abortion, because merely high risk of death or sever long term health damage was not enough of health threat.
