Four Day Work Week is the most alluring feature for a job (besides 100% remote). It's the only feature that could pull me away from current employment.
- drstewart 4y ago>Four Day Work Week is the most alluring feature for a job (besides 100% remote) * For yourself. Neither of those are the primary things I'm looking for in my next role
- mywittyname 4y agoI'm sure 90+% percent of posts here aren't what you are looking for. 4DWW are a benefit that is growing in popularity, much like remote work.
- drstewart 4y ago>I'm sure 90+% percent of posts here aren't what you are looking for. Yes, that's literally what I said. >4DWW are a benefit that is growing in popularity, much like remote work. Okay? That doesn't mean it's the "most alluring feature". Otherwise everyone would apply to only these jobs and FAANG would not be desirable for anyone. But it turns out the actually "most alluring feature" is money.
- CodeSgt 4y agoThat'd be excellent. A 4DWW would certainly be one of the few things (aside from a large salary difference) that'd make me switch companies as well.
