What kind of grotesque inhumane monster would oppose drug test strips to prevent accidental overdoses? Probably the same kind who would oppose needle exchange to prevent the spread of disease. I guess these folks will keep their fingers in their ears going "la la la" while people continue to die from a drug war that has failed in every possible way, on every possible front and at an astronomical cost to taxpayers (both in dollars and personal liberty).
