A stupid ruling here might/will end free social media as the risk of litigation and liability would be a big burden. This kind of bs should do wonders for the nasdaq 100. And I think the supremes are stupid enough or biased enough to do it.
- ActorNightly 4y agoOn some levels, I hope this actually happens, because it would at least contribute to making decentralized alternatives viable.
