- toomuchtodo 4y agoI’ve bought several dead or pre revenue properties from folks who threw in the towel, worked with trusted contractors to turn them around (who I issue equity to for their work), and have assembled them into a small portfolio that throws off cashflow. One person’s failure is another person’s undervalued asset.

- agmz 4y agoGreat way to boost the efficiency of the internet economy. So many businesses / side projects with potential get abandoned too early IMO. This gives more of them a chance at a second life. Nice idea Falak
