To counteract this, I've come to realize that actual real-life experiences feel far more fulfilling than any browsing. Now this is of course blindingly obvious, but the not so obvious part is actively modifying your life and trying new things to make these real-life experiences more common. Just talking to a person I'm attracted to makes all of the Internet seem completely uninteresting in that moment.
