wouldn't it be offset by the fact like 1/5 of the population lives in 1 city?
- rsynnott 4y agoDepending on how you define 'city', more like 40%! But you'd expect that to make light-based growth estimates _worse_, really; most of the new lights will be coming on in the already-pretty-bright Greater Dublin Area, rather than the more even distribution you'd expect in a country less dominated by one city.
