- fortran77 4y agoDid he say that? I didn't get that. And, reflecting back on my 59 years...it was the tough times that caused me to grow. YMMV.
- larve 4y agoTrauma is the result of tough times that actively stunted or even undid your growth.
- lambda_dn 4y agoI think OP meant life will lead to adversities that destroy some people, others overcome it which builds a robust character.
- kelseyfrog 4y agoOr it's simply survivorship bias. Airplanes with red dots didnt grow up to be strong.
